Our Commitment to the u-blox Code of Conduct

We are fully aligned with the u-blox Code of Conduct and its principles based on the UN Global Compact. We adhere to high standards of legal and regulatory compliance, fair competition, anti-corruption, protection of confidential information, health and safety, and environmental responsibility.

Compliance for u-blox Products

To ensure compliance with u-blox’s policies, we enforce strict guidelines regarding the sale and use of any Holybro products that contain u-blox solutions.

No Weapon or Weapon Systems Policy

A fundamental pillar of the u-blox Code of Conduct is the prohibition of integrating u-blox products into weapons or weapon systems. This policy has been in place since 2002, and we fully support and comply with this guideline.

We do not sell Holybro products containing u-blox technology when the intended use is for integration into weapons or weapon systems, including but not limited to:

  • Guns, cannons, or weapon systems (e.g., systems for identifying or localizing targets)
  • Systems for the guidance of missiles, bombs, or bullets
  • Military drones, military unmanned vehicles, or military robots

No Sales to Trade-Embargoed Countries

We strictly prohibit the sale of Holybro products containing u-blox solutions to individuals, entities, or organizations located in or associated with the following trade-embargoed countries:

  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • Territories occupied by Russia in Ukraine
  • Belarus
  • Sudan
  • Cuba
  • Syria

We have implemented compliance measures, including requiring customer acknowledgment of these restrictions before purchase.
